Villa Mainenti is a beautiful ground floor house in the small place Tican, near Visnjan, beautiful town located on the wider Porec area, where can be found all the necessary facilities for a carefree holiday - shop, ATM, pizzeria, typical tavern, numerous wine roads, ambulance, bakery and more.

The house is situated on the 1200 sqm large property on which the guests have at their disposal swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a children's playground. The particularity of this house is its closeness to the famous Visnjan's observatory (visible from the pool area) which is responsible for numerous discoveries of the celestial planets.

Friendly and discreet owners live in the next house and stay at the guests’ disposal.



Holiday home for 4-6 guests, with the total living area of 100 sqm, fully air-conditioned. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two (for children), two double bedrooms with double bed and two shower/toilets. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
