At ground floor there is a bedroom and at first floor there is a living room area with kitchen and dinning area, toilet, a bedroom with gallery bed and sofa bed. From here You can exit to terrace where you can have your meals or just enjoy a glass of wine over magical Istrian sunset. Next to terrace is a private swimming pool with spectacular view over surrounding olive field.

Super tolles Haus und tolle Erholung

Super Haus, alles Top. Nur die Vogelschreckanlage hat unseren Hund manchmal auch sehr erschreckt. Aber sonst alles super!!! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Moderne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Haus, idyllisch gelegen mit tollen Panoramablicken. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend. Unser Hund hat sich hier auch wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannung und Ruhe pur

Die Villa liegt ein wenig abseits und ist umgeben von toller Natur. Super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und alle Alltagsutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben sich alle Mühe den Aufenthalt bestmöglich zu gestalten. Wir werden wieder kommen. Top Adresse für Istrien.

Great view! Fantastic Holidays!

We had an absolutely fantastic week in this wonderful little house. Its most striking feature is the splendid view over the vineyards, it was absolutely quiet and very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and loved the nice and modern interior. Carlos welcomed us upon our arrival and was a great and helpful host. We highly recommend this place if you seek sun and peace!

Ferienhaus Motovun Ravan

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus,in dem wir (Familie,2 Jungs 11,15) sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es ist alles für den ungestörten Urlaub im Haus vorhanden. Carlo und Lydia erfüllen wirklich alle Wünsche,und sind immer für einen da. Die umliegende Natur ist ursprünglich,wo man einfach die Seele baumeln lassen kann.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Mitten in der Natur. Weit weg vom Alltagsstress. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Alles sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Es fehlt an nichts. The route to the house is spectacular itself.Driving through wineyards with fantastic view over surrounding valley and ancient town of Motovun you are approaching this charming house. The road ends at the house so there is no traffic around the house, just the sounds of nature. In the evening visit one of Motovun restaurants offering truffels, one of best istrian delights.
