This peaceful RV features one cozy bedroom with a king bed, two sofa beds, and a child size bed, perfect for families or small groups. Guests enjoy a nice bathroom with a refreshing shower and the comfort of both heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. Step inside and feel the cool, inviting atmosphere that makes relaxing easy after a day of adventure. We look forward to hosting you at our place. We are a pet friendly, small farm with Horses, mini mules and our personal dogs. Come enjoy your stay away from the busy lifestyle, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy all that Sandpoint has to offer.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Wash and put away any dishes that were used
Please leave the RV and grounds tidy and clean. Trash can be bagged and left for us to toss.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not feed or disturb the horses or open any gates. The fences are electric and will shock if touched. We also have 2 friendly dogs.
Quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am

really great place for the price. Bed was so comfy space wasn't bad. I am large and really didn't feel cramped at all. I don't recommend an RV as anyone's' first experience however. This was an excellent RV option in a remote quite area of Idaho. Beauty of the area is hard to match.
