Die Wohnung ( Parterre) liegt im Ortskern von Grömitz, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Seepromenade entfernt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, Kein Durchgangsverkehr und somit auch kein Straßenlärm. Die Wohnung ist mit max, 4 Personen zu belegen. Sie ist sehr großzügig in der Wohnfläche und bietet alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Das vorhandene Mobiliar ist neuwertig und macht einen Qualitativ guten Eindruck.
