Private West End Studio with separate Entrance Free Parking

Welcome to your private studio in Richmond’s West End! Located on the lower level of our family home, the studio has a separate private entrance and is reserved entirely for your stay.

The space accommodates up to 3 guests and features one queen bed, one full-size bed, a private bathroom with shower, a small dining area, Roku Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and AC, coffee and light snacks. Free on-site parking is available.

Please note that this studio is part of our tri-level family home. Although you have a completely separate entrance and private living space, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from upstairs. No indoor spaces are shared with the host.

If you use any dishes, cups, or plates, please place them in the sink and leave them to soak before check-out. No need to wash them.
Please place all used towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom before check-out.
Please turn off the lights, take out the trash, lock the door, and return the key to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest and vistors Registered guests only. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing the host and our neighbors.
Do not use the microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle at the same time to avoid overloading the circuit.
