Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr behaglich, funktional, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gartenecke ist ein sehr schöner Aufenthaltsort. Das Haus selbst liegt ruhig und umgeben von Grün.
