Our bright apartment, freshly renovated in December 2023 and featuring underfloor heating, can accommodate 2 people. The cozy living room, complete with a double bed, a leather couch with adjustable backrests and armrests, and a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. Upon request, a third person may stay for an additional fee of 10 EUR per day. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker (Bodrum), has everything you could need. The spacious bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a large, lighted mirror, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine is available in the apartment’s storage room for washing your clothes. Bad Abbach is located just outside the World Heritage city of Regensburg, which is easily accessible by public transportation. Our lovingly furnished, non-smoking apartment in Bad Abbach is ideal for two people and is located on the outskirts of town in a quiet area of Bad Abbach. The apartment is situated in a semi-detached house that we live in, in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. There is a parking space right outside our front door, and additional spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Since the house is situated on a south-facing slope, you can access the apartment via a wide and easily navigable outdoor staircase that leads down to the garden. From here, you enter the 52-square-meter apartment through a separate entrance. The apartment features a beautiful south-facing terrace that’s perfect for barbecuing and relaxing. Various restaurants; shopping options, and the beautiful spa gardens of Bad Abbach are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding area offers many beautiful destinations for day trips, such as the Danube Gorge, Weltenburg Abbey, castles, the Hall of Liberation, Walhalla, the Limes, and the Altmühl Valley. Bicycle tours, beer gardens, hikes, cultural activities, sightseeing, and walks along the Danube could be part of your daily itinerary. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.80 EUR per person (ages 17 and up) per night will be charged separately on site. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi.
