Whether you’re a couple, a group of four, or six—you’ll feel right at home at Im Westen too Huus on its two spacious, bright floors
with a large, fenced-in garden.

Upon arriving at the apartment, you’ll find an open-concept living-dining area (45 square metres) with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and direct access via the sunroom to the terrace, which features a beach chair and a large, wind-protected seating area.
The large sofa area with a gas fireplace invites you to relax in the evenings or on cool days.
A quiet retreat on the ground floor is the bright bedroom (180x200 cm) with an adjoining shower room.

In the basement, the rooms feature high ceilings and a bright, welcoming charm. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), and another room has twin beds (90x200 cm). With a bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, shower, and separate toilet, you’ll have plenty of space (170 square metres total). Here, everyone will find the perfect way to unwind and relax.

Sylt is beautiful even outside of the summer season—to warm up after walks on the beach, a Finnish sauna and steam sauna are available. In the adjacent relaxation area with a rain shower and fitness zone, you can unwind and let your mind wander.

The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, right between the village pond and the beach. Within walking distance are the beach promenade with various restaurants and shopping options, and less than 350 metres away is a beautiful sandy beach perfect for long walks or taking a dip in the waves. So you can spend your days at the beach and enjoy the area’s culinary delights in the evening without needing a car.

A big plus for children and dogs is the attached fenced-in garden. Nevertheless, you won’t have to miss out on the stone walls typical of Sylt and can still relax with peace of mind. A lockable garden shed is available for beach gear, bicycles, or toys.
