The right half of the house, spread over two levels, offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with 128 m² of living space, a furnished terrace, and a south-west-facing garden. On the ground floor is the very spacious, high-quality tiled living and dining room with a large oak dining table that seats eight. The living area provides a cosy atmosphere with a modern seating area, an armchair, and a fireplace. Please bring your own firewood.


For great entertainment after an eventful day of holiday, there’s an LCD TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player with an extensive DVD collection, and a SONOS home theatre system. The SONOS system consists of a SONOS Beam, two SONOS ONE speakers as a surround sound set, and a subwoofer for deeper bass.


With a fiber-optic connection and speeds of up to 250 Mbit/s, you’ll be among the fastest on Rügen![nbsp] If your children are coming along, we’d be happy to throttle the speed :-)


A well-stocked collection of books and games ensures there’s never a dull moment, even in bad weather.


The high-quality kitchenette, which blends harmoniously into the living area, features a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-zone induction cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, blender, waffle maker, and various small appliances that round out the kitchen’s amenities.


One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a box-spring bed featuring a full-length mattress (140 cm x 200 cm). The modern shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor.


The entire ground floor has a door width of approximately 95 cm, allowing wheelchair users to move around barrier-free.


The upper floor, featuring designer flooring, contains three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a 180 cm wide double bed (one of which is 220 cm extra-long) and a flat-screen TV in each. And if you have urgent work to do while on holiday, you can take care of it at the desk with a chair in one of these bedrooms. The third bedroom features a corner bunk bed with two single beds measuring 90x200 cm and a smaller desk with a chair. There is ample closet space in all bedrooms.


The spacious bathroom features a shower with a walk-in shower tray, a bathtub, and a private sauna. A spacious wash area with a toilet and bidet, as well as a hair dryer, are also included.


The entire non-smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. There are no additional charges for calls to German landlines.


Good to know:





• A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for free use in the utility room. Also provided are a high chair for toddlers and a travel cot with an extra-thick mattress (60 x 120 x 6 cm).

• There are 2 parking spaces available on the property for each half of the duplex. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike shed. This holiday home also features a barbecue area.

• Guests with electric vehicles can conveniently charge them at the property’s own electric charging station (0.60 EUR/kWh), which offers up to 11 kW of charging power and includes a Type 2 charging cable for electric cars. A security deposit of 100€ per week is required to cover these costs.

This semi-detached house is suitable for 1–8 people. The two non-smoking halves of the house can be booked individually or together as a complete house!
