Apartment 31 at the Kurparkresidenz Timmendorfer Strand offers you a comfortable and relaxing holiday experience on the Baltic Sea.

This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor (46 steps to the apartment) of the building and, with its 65 m², offers space for up to 3 adults and 1 baby up to 2 years old.
The accommodation is only about 350 metres from the Baltic Sea beach. Numerous shopping options and the city centre are also just a few minutes’ walk away.

The spacious apartment hallway offers plenty of storage space, a mirror, and a separate coat rack.
From the hallway, you can access the cosy living-sleeping area, the separate bedroom, the separate kitchen, and the bathroom with a shower.

The open and inviting living-sleeping area is equipped with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a dining nook in the turret.
Technical amenities include free Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a radio. Board games are also available for hours of relaxation.

The spacious southwest-facing balcony is accessible from the living room and features balcony furniture and an awning.

In the separate, well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a kettle, an egg cooker, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a fold-out dining table where you can comfortably prepare meals together. Of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also available for your use.
A vacuum cleaner is also provided for your daily convenience.

The bedroom features a cosy double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a spacious closet.
From here, you can access the second balcony, which faces southeast.

The shower room with a window is equipped with a shower (entry height approx. 40 cm), toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer, and offers plenty of storage space.

Activities such as swimming, sailing, fishing, golf, hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, mini-golf, horseback riding, as well as numerous recreational and wellness options are available nearby.

The nearest bakery for your seaside breakfast is just a few steps away. The town centre and additional shopping options are also only a 5-minute walk from your apartment. Across the street lies the idyllic spa park with its old trees, lakes, and small wooden bridges—the perfect spot for relaxing walks. You’ll feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet just 350 metres away.

In Fegetasche near Plön, you can set sail—whether on the “Bosau Tour” past the 800-year-old fieldstone church in the heart of Holstein Switzerland or on the “Grand Plön Lake Cruise” through bird sanctuaries and nature reserves. An interesting experience for everyone.
