The charming Villa Avemar in Banjole near Pula is perfect for a dream vacation with family and friends.



The five tastefully furnished bedrooms spread over two floors offer space for up to 8+1 guests. The interior is bright and airy, yet cozy thanks to the wooden beams. The chic living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen are interconnected. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with shower, a bathroom and a toilet. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, and a single room. In addition, one double bedroom on the upper floor has a private terrace with beautiful sea views. The outdoor area is well designed and spacious. Several different levels and separate terraces allow you to retreat and enjoy your privacy or spend time with your loved ones. You will be reluctant to leave the wonderful pool on hot summer days, as it is a great place to relax with a fantastic view of Soline Bay with its yachts and fishing boats and a cool drink in your hand! If you do get the urge to go to the beach, it's only 30 meters away. If you like group activities, there is a table for table tennis and table football.



Villa Avemar is the ideal villa if you are looking for accommodation that is close enough to all the amenities of the city but at the same time offers you a retreat and all the comfort you need.



Villa Avemar is located directly on the beach. The sea is undoubtedly the main attraction in this corner of paradise.

The small fishing village of Banjole is located on a small peninsula with a naturally sheltered harbor, the perfect place to enjoy the sea for sailing and fishing enthusiasts. There are no traffic jams or large hotel complexes here and yet you will find everything you need. If you like sports, you can choose between many sports activities. Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni. Only 10 minutes boat ride away, with departure from the beautiful fishing village of Fazana, only 15 kilometers from the villa.

Kein überschwänglicher Luxus, falls man das erwartet, aber alles was man braucht war vorhanden, funktionstüchtig und sauber. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight auch für die Kinder. Für Essen - Einkaufen usw muss man mit dem Auto los ( zumindest wenn man kleinere Kinder hat)Also wer keinen Trubel braucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ein- und Aus- checken klappte problemlos und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett.
