The beautiful Villa House Iver is located in Kostrena, just a few minutes drive from the center of Rijeka. Villa House Iver can accommodate 8 guests. On the first floor there is lounge area with tavern and fireplace, sauna with shower, and one bedroom with private bathroom. On the second floor there is living room, kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom has its own bathroom). In the large green garden there is a private pool with stunning sea views. The outdoor area with dining table and barbecue is ideal for preparing meals with family and friends or just chilling by the pool. Villa House Iver is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 2 cars and offers everything for a pleasant vacation close to the sea.

The beautiful Villa House Iver is located just a short drive from the center of Rijeka. The first beaches are just a few minutes' walk from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. Experience the atmosphere of the city with a walk along the Korzo, explore the old town and visit the pilgrimage church in Trsat on a hill above the city. You should definitely pay a visit to the Rijeka Carnival, the fifth largest carnival in the world! Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk, just a short drive from the villa. If you want to experience even more, stroll along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic.

Unser Aufenthalt 2023 im August war einfach nur Spitzenklasse und wir kommen wirklich sehr gern wieder. Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist sehr einladend und lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern und reichlich Duschen und WCs ist wirklich viel Platz. Der Pool im Garten hat uns beinahe jeden Tag viel Freude bereitet. Die Aussicht, vor allem vom oberen Balkon aus, überragt wirklich alles. Nahezu 180 Grad freie und nie ermüdende Sicht. Traumhaft! Last but not least ein ganz ganz herzliches Danke an die Vermieter. Wir waren von der Fürsorge und Herzlichkeit überwältigt und sehr sehr dankbar! Bitte bleibt so und ein herzliches Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Wir durften im August 2023 eine wundervolle Woche in diesem haus verbringen. Die Meersicht vom Balkon ist wundervoll. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sehr darum bemüht, dass man als Urlauber eine wundervole Zeit hat, Die Küchenausstattung ist top. Es gab nichts was wir vermisst haben. Das Haus bietet unendlich viel Platz. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern. Der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft und auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit und zu Fuß gut machbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
