The villa is located in a small Istrian village surrounded by unspoilt nature. With a total living area of 125 square metres, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. The ground floor consists of a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with TV and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom with shower. The outdoor area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area. In front of the villa there is a covered terrace and a private pool, perfect for warm summer days. Take advantage of this opportunity and enjoy your holiday in beautiful Istria.villa Des4U is located in the middle of an idyllic landscape on the western slopes of the beautiful Uka Nature Park. If you enjoy cycling and hiking, magnificent mountains await you. Adventure seekers will find some of Croatia's favourite spots for free climbing and paragliding. If you long for crystal clear sea, the variety of beaches is only about 30 minutes away by car, as is the pearl of the Adriatic - Opatija, with a lively summer scene and first-class restaurants. Visit the many medieval towns in central Istria such as Boljun, Motovun and Gronjan and the coastal towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Pore. Try many traditional dishes such as Istrian pasta fui and pljukanci with truffles or bokarin, and round off your dinner with a glass of first-class Istrian Malvasia.
