House 'Ferme Kerlan Plage 5min by Car' with Private Garden

The farmhouse consists of three adjoining houses, located in a typical Bigouden farmhouse, and can accommodate up to 16 people.



The stone houses offer a 100 m² courtyard, a natural wooded garden of 800 m², and a large 300 m² shed that can shelter up to eight cars, a trailer, a boat, or motorcycles. Several outbuildings are also available. The rental is old, simply equipped, rustic, and quiet, located on an active organic dairy farm. Organic dairy products are available on site.



Organic cleaning and laundry products are provided. The rentals are suitable for holidays or weekends with family or friends, or for parties (maximum 16 people, no sound system allowed), in a simple and warm atmosphere.



The environment is peaceful, in the countryside, yet close to the sea and beaches.



The rentals are located on a 20-hectare farm, surrounded by fields and trees, with no direct neighbors, in a safe area. The road is 200 meters away.



You have direct access to the GR 34 hiking trail from the property. From the road, simply head towards the sea (3 km).



The location is ideal for accessing shops, visiting the region, discovering fishing ports, the sea, and beaches. We live on site and remain available for any information or assistance.
