Angela a été très sympathique et disponible. Wifi très performant.Cependant le prix de cette location n’est pas du tout en adéquation avec sa qualité. Tout d’abord la description indique une maison pour 10 personnes avec 4 chambres et 4 salles-de-bain alors que 2 des chambres sont indépendantes de la maison. Nous n’y avions pas accès puisque nous avions loué pour 4 personnes. Eau chaude très aléatoire. Vaisselle extrêmement limitée (même pas 4 petites tasses à café). La maison se trouve dans une bananeraie mais ça ressemble plutôt à une décharge. En bref, pas vraiment satisfaits.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und netter deutschsprachiger Gastgeberin

Unsere 11 Tage übers Jahr in diesem Haus haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Eine Möglichkeit zum Grillen ist auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Pool. Nur einen Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafbereiche, die über die Terasse miteinander verbunden sind. Warmwasser wird, wie in Teneriffa oft üblich, über eine Solaranlage bereitet. Fehlt die Sonne, ist das Wasser nicht ganz so warm und im Haus kann es dann auch mal etwas frisch werden. Das ist aber für die Kanaren völlig normal. Lediglich eine Zusatzdecke sollte in der "kalten" Jahreszeit bereitgestellt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Als Schweizerin spricht sie auch deutsch. Sie wohnt nebenan und ist im Fall der Fälle auch erreichbar. Das Umfeld des Hauses - umgeben von Gemüseplantagen - ist vielleicht nicht ganz top, aber es hat Meer- und La Gomerablick. Im Sommer lassen sich so die Abende sicher auch auf der Terasse genießen. Ein Mietwagen ist bei Anmietung des Hauses sehr empfehlenswert. Eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Alle Ziele - Strand (Der Playa La Tejita ist noch nicht ganz überlaufen), der Telde und die Städte im Norden und Nordosten sind innerhalb von maximal etwas über einer Stunde über die TF-1 bzw. TF-5 erreichbar. Eingekauft werden kann in Adeje, 10-15 min entfernt. Kurzum, für 2-4 Personen kann dieses Haus sehr empfohlen werden.

Super maison

Angela nous a très bien accueillie en nous expliquant le fonctionnement de l’habitation . La maison était propre ainsi que la piscine qui est d’ailleurs à bonne température pour se baigner. La cuisine extérieure est pratique et le frigo très grand . Les 2 chambres sont accompagnées d’une salle de bain , ce qui est pratique. La maison est proche de commerces et de villes touristiques. Il y a un portail électrique , vous pouvez donc garé votre véhicule en sérénité et Angela se tient à votre disposition si vous avez besoin . Nous recommandons cette maison avec une belle vue sur l’océan et aucun vis à vis .

Wunderschöner Ferienaifenthalt

Wir haben unsere Ferien in dieser schönen Villa sehr genossen; - tolle Lage, sehr gut erschlossen - sehr freundliche Gastgeberin - sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Villa mit Privat-Pool und sehr schöner Aussicht aufs Meer, Berge und Natur - ideal auch für Gruppen - nahegelegene Ausflugsziele (z.B. Golf, Tennis, Wandern, und schöne Strände in der Umgebung) - Mietauto empfehlenswert - das nahe gelegene Fischerdörfchen Playa San Juan bietet eine schöne Strandpromenade mit zahlreichen köstlichen Restaurants Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus, schöne Zeit

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trotz teils landwirtschaftlicher Umgebung schöne Ausblicke, ruhige Umgebung und Privatsphäre. Toller Pool und gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, Auto ist nötig. Super nette Vermieterin, haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
