Come stay in this dreamy updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with Arkansas Room located on the 3rd hole of the Isabella Golf Course - Nina rotation. Perfect for a couples getaway or a group of golf buddies. Golf course views for days in just about every room in the house.

In the Living Room, relax on the cozy couch and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or sit in the Arkansas Room while watching golfers out on the course or play some foosball!

Enjoy cooking meals in the updated kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The dining room table features 6 chairs to hold all guests.
There is a Keurig coffee maker with pods provided. For the drip coffee maker, you will need to provide your own coffee and filters.
Packets of sugars and creamers are also provided.

Master bedroom features a King sized bed with its own bathroom with a walk in shower and attached spacious closet. There are 2 guest bedrooms one with a Queen sized bed, the other has 2 Twin beds in it. There is a second full bath located between the guest bedrooms.

Take in the serene golf views out back while sipping your morning coffee. There is a gas fire pit table.

There is a laundry room with a full washer and dryer with laundry pods provided for guests.

*All 3 TVs in the house are streaming and you will need to login to your own account and be sure to remember to logout before you checkout
*Bath towels are provided along with hand towels and wash cloths.

We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.


Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.
 
The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE -

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
