Die Lage ist gut, man kann den Ort zu Fuß erreichen und alle Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto.
Durch die Nähe zur Hauptstr. trotz Dreifachverglasung etwas laut im großen Schlafzimmer, wenn man Straßenlärm nicht gewohnt ist.
Ansonsten wurde die Whg. augenscheinlich vor einigen Jahren günstig aber schön renoviert. Sanitärbereich super, Rest in Ordnung.
Dusche mit Kabelbindern, Kühlschranktür klemmt, Laminat teils gewölbt, Außenbereich teils verwittert. Leider Katzengeruch vorhanden.
