This convenient city flat is upgraded with luxury XL shower with rainshower head, beautiful full kitchen with stove, refrigerator/freezer, upgraded countertops and all the conveniences! Big Screen TV and king size bed with private work area and dining area as well and in unit washer/dryer along with high speed WiFi.

Close proximity to many of the area attractions and restaurants (See Additional Pics in Photos). Very convenient to any destination in Montgomery!

Guest will have access to their private unit and amenities only.

Your host will be available for any questions, concerns, and to assist you during your stay!

There is limited parking, so we ask that when you book our efficiency apartment, only 1 vehicle is allowed.

Check in time is 4pm. However, we will try to accommodate earlier requests on a case by case basis - our cleaning crews dictate when a room is ready. Requests for checking in prior to 1pm will incur an additional $50 charge. Check out time on the day of your departure is 11am. Late checkouts will automatically incur an additional $50 charge. No parties allowed on premises. You will be requested to submit a proper ID for all guests over 18 prior to receiving your door code for check-in.
