The stylish 70 m² apartment is located in Goslar and spans two floors of a 130-year-old half-timbered house, accommodating up to 6 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs there is a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The attic, accessible via an internal staircase, features a combined living and sleeping area with a workspace and another bathroom. The kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi up to 1000 Mbit/s (ideal for video calls), TV, video on demand, baby cot, and high chair.



You can store bicycles in the backyard. Public parking is often available directly in front of the house, and public transport is within easy walking distance.



The apartment was fully renovated in 2023 using natural materials, mainly wood and clay plaster, with wood protected by wax and oil. The original charm is visible in many slanted corners and angles. Depending on the weather, the timber frame may creak. Slippers are provided and may be taken home. For your safety, always use the handrail on the stairs, as the steps vary in alignment. Please remove outdoor shoes on the landing to protect the wooden floors, and dispose of waste in the bins in the backyard. Two unfinished attic rooms must not be entered, and wooden windows should be secured with hooks when open.



A wood-fired pizzeria is two houses away. The Ullrich Garden invites you to relax. A bakery for fresh bread rolls is on Breite Straße, and laundromats are 400 m away. Events are not permitted on the property.
