Moderne Wohnung mit Sauna

This modern apartment, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, boasts a simple, uncluttered style. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax in the evening sun, and the infrared sauna rounds out a peaceful evening. To ensure you don’t miss your favourite shows even when you’re away from home, Netflix, Disney+, and RTL+ are available for free.

Right in front of the house is your own free parking space. A short flight of stairs leads to the upper floor, where the 90 m² apartment is located.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a 180-sized box-spring bed.

The fold-out sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space; this room also features an infrared sauna with LED lighting effects and a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. The two hanging chairs invite you to enjoy further relaxation. This room also provides access to the balcony.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Guests who wish to use the accommodation for work can use the workstation equipped with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse once an HDMI and an USB cable have been connected to their laptop. Guests who do not wish to use Wi-Fi can use the 30-meter Ethernet cable to connect to the internet via a wired connection.

For longer stays, the washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for use. The same room also has a place to hang laundry to dry. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board.

The underfloor heating, which can be controlled separately in each room, provides pleasant warmth.
