Do you dream of a peaceful stay in a spacious (120 m²), clean and bright place in the middle of a small stone village in the Empordà on the outskirts of mass tourism? Then we welcome you! You will also appreciate the loft's sober interior, the home-cinema (2x3m screen), the selection of works of art and the large shaded terrace (60 sqm) with views of nature.

The region is full of museums and art centres, music festivals of all styles (in summer), sporting activities (hiking, cycling, water activities...).

Very good wine cellars (La Gutina, Celler Martí Fabra, Terra Remota...), of course an excellent gastronomy (Restaurant Amiel & Molins or Restaurant Carles Antoner among others) and also an agribusiness in the same village (Olivet de Mas Ferran) as well as a traditional bakery (El petit forn de pa de Terrades).

Location: 12 km from Figueres (Dalí Museum, AVE train station...), 45 km from Cadaqués, 55 km from Girona and Perpignan, 30 km from the beaches (Empordà-Costa Brava), 1 hour from the Pyrenees, 55 min from Barcelona (AVE), 3h40 from Madrid (AVE).

For professional musicians, a Yamaha C2 grand piano is available.

ESPAI-TEMPS also has a library, board games, a couple of deckchairs, a hammock, a yoga mat and an elliptical bike.

There is also a place to park two bicycles in the entrance hall of the flat. From the village of Terrades there is a large network of cycling and hiking trails.
