Villa Zaria is a charming and carefully renovated holiday home situated on an elevated position above Brseč, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Kvarner islands. Surrounded by greenery and peace, the villa is located in a small village with only a few houses, making it ideal for guests seeking privacy and relaxation. Nearby is the historic hilltop town of Mošćenice, known for its stone alleys and stunning views of Kvarner Bay.The picturesque village of Brseč, featuring one of the most beautiful beaches in this part of the coast, along with several restaurants and a grocery store, is only 1.5 km away.The fully fenced property offers guests a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, a lounge area with garden furniture, and three parking spaces.Villa Zaria is spread over three floors. The ground floor features two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a modern kitchen, a dining area with a table for six, a separate living room with access to a balcony on the front side, and direct access to the pool area at the back, as well as an additional guest toilet. The second floor includes two more bedrooms and another bathroom. These two rooms are connected but separated by a door.Villa Zaria is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and natural beauty of the area while staying close to crystal-clear beaches, authentic Istrian villages, and numerous opportunities for an active or relaxing holiday.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
