Wir hatten eine prima Zeit und die beiden Wohnungen sind toll! Unser Feedback: Das Willkommenskörbchen ist prima - aber auch die kleinere Wohnung hätte sich darüber gefreut. Und es wäre schön gewesen wir hätten zumindest 6 Kaffeekapseln für die Ankunft bekommen. Aber was wirklich nicht schön und garnicht einladend ist, ist der Eingangsbereich!!!! Die Lösung mit den Müllkisten sollte überdacht werden. Und im Treppenaufgang ging überhaupt kein Licht! Vielleicht kommen wir wieder :-)

Grundsätzlich ok, aber…!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Leider mussten wir feststellen dass es einen gravierenden Mangel gab. Aus den sichtbaren Dachbalken ist immer wieder starker Zigarettenrauch in dir Wohnung gezogen. Zudem haben alle Heizkörper gegluckert, als hätte jemand vergessen den Wasserhahn zu zudrehen. Die Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmer war ohne Funktion und das Satellitenkabel vom TV abgerissen.Wir haben versucht die Gesellschaft zu kontaktieren. Leider bisher ohne Rückmeldung.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5min zu Fuß und frische Brötchen zum Frühstücken sind in 1 min zu erreichen. Gut für einen Kurztrip oder Zwischenhalt am Bodensee um Bregenz und Lindau zu besuchen. Wer gerne mit offenen Fenster schläft, kommt aufgrund der vielbefahrenen Straße eher weniger auf seine Kosten.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es fehlen die Stangen für Duschtücher und ein bisschen mehr Ablagefläche in Eingang oder Wohnzimmer. Am Morgen war der Verkehr laut. Sauberkeit: Die Abfälle unten im Treppenhaus könnten in besseren Behältern gelagert werden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, dazu eine tolle Gegend. Bregenz und Lindau sind sehr gut zu Fuß/Auto/Bahn erreichbar. Gute Kommunikation vom Gastgeber. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.
