In bester, ruhiger Lage von Esens

Schöne, ruhig gelegene, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Mitten im Zentrum von Esens, aber sehr ruhig und vor allem grün nach hinten raus gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Bäckerei und auch Restaurants/ Imbiss etc in nächster Nähe. Auch nach Bensersiel zum Sandstrand ist es nicht weit, die Busanbindung Richtung Aurich, Norden/ Norddeich, Bensersiel, Carolinensiel ist vom ca 200m entferten Busbahnhof ebenfalls super. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt an der Ferienwohnung oder keine 200m entfernt auf einem kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz.

Positiv: Tolle zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig, da zur Gartenseite, niedlicher kleiner Balkon und riesiges Fenster auf der Giebelseite in Südwestlage, Küche u. Bad toll eingerichtet Negativ: Doppelbett wegen des winzigen Schlafzimmers nur 140 cm breit, im Kinderzimmer 2 normale Betten versetzt übereinander, Teppichbrücken sind leider Stolperfallen. Trotzem Gesamturteil 5 Sterne , weil Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top, Lage top, Vermieter sehr nett, Wohnzimmer ein Träumchen, Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder

Die Wohnung war genau passend für 1 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder. Es war alles vorhanden und sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Die Lage ist zentral und Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach Bensersiel zum Strand konnten wir gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Ein Auto war nicht notwendig. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder nehmen!

Alles so wie im Internet dargestellt, sind Mitten im Geschehen. Zentral um die Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon, wohl etwas klein. Dafür kann aber die Doppel-Tür geöffnet werden. Der Kontakt mit Frau und Herrn Yngborn und Frau Janzen war sehr höflich und schnell. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Zufriedenheit mit leichten Mängeln

Insgesamt war die Wohnung gut. Aber die vielen kleinen Teppiche waren für uns alle extreme Stolperfallen! Die Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen wären wünschenswert.

Für einen Ausflug an die Nordsee optimal!!!

Wir hatten ein verlängertes Wochenende im schönen Ort Esens. Lage optimal in der City und die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber. Ausflüge in die benachbarten Nordsee Orte mit Bus oder Auto problemlos. Keine Beanstandung und für kleine Familien zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Außer der Strand natürlich. Aber dafür gab es eine Parkkarte, mit der umsonst geparkt werden konnte. Alles super. Daumen hoch!
