Gemütliches Wohnung: Öko-stil, Zentrale Lage, Bergblick. Kinderfreundlich!
Our “In Air Studio” apartment is primarily intended for families with small children: [3 adults + 1 baby] or [2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby]. The apartment is located in a central yet quiet part of the resort town of Braunlage. Just a 3-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the Wurmbergbahn and an 8-minute walk from the “Rathauswiese Ski and Sleigh Lift.”

The apartment stands out especially for its cosy, eco-friendly decor.
Our beautiful, non-smoking apartment offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay:
- the bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a spacious closet
- the living-dining room features a large, comfortable (sleeper) sofa (135x200), a flat-screen smart TV, and a solid-wood dining table that’s perfect for long, cosy game nights.
And with direct access to the loggia, which features a small seating area, you can enjoy the panoramic view to the fullest.
- The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, mini-oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Each room is accessible from the hallway.
Bedding and towels available upon request.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, etc.) available upon request.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
Entire apartment, use of the ski storage room, and table tennis & mini-fitness room. Our apartment, “In Air Studio,” is located on the mezzanine level of a quiet apartment building in the heart of Braunlage. An ideal starting point for hiking, biking, or skiing and sledding.
Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the building.
A welcome package with coffee and various types of tea is provided for you.
There is also a selection of salt, sugar, pepper, and spices.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.
IMPORTANT: The visitor’s tax (guest fee) in Braunlage is 3.00 euros per person per day (1.65 euros per child); this must be paid on-site.

Wir fahren schon mehrere Jahre nach Braunlage und haben bisher immer in vergleichbaren Ferienwohnungen gewohnt. Das inAir- Studio gehört hierbei zu den besseren Etablissements.

Alles wunderbar!
Eine schnuckelige Ferienwohnung mit netter Gastgeberin. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster auf den Wurmberg, der sich ab und an zwischen den Nebelschwaden zeigte.
