Inside, vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass open the main living space to the pool, filling the house with light, and small touches like motion-activated toe-kick lighting and lighted mirrors make it feel considered at every turn. The kitchen is the one guests call the selling point, and it earns it. Professional-grade appliances, custom cabinetry, and quartz counters anchor the space, with island seating for four and a round dining table that seats up to ten and keeps everyone in the same conversation. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Guests will have access to dock, but there will be a boat parked there.
- This home comes equipped with beach gear (chairs, umbrella, wagon, roller cooler, beach towels), kayaks, bicycles, and a Pack 'n Play for guest use during your stay.
- Please note that Ring security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home. The cameras view the front door, driveway, and the owner's boat.
- Covered boat slip with lift is available for boats up to 30 ft for an additional $300 per stay. The lift has a 10,000 lb maximum capacity. Guests must contact the owner for access and operating instructions. The existing dock is also available for boat parking at no additional charge.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
