Bourcefranc is the ideal spot to start many walks. Well located north of the Rochelle52 km south Royan and 40 km between the two islands, Aix, Madame D, the Palmyre zoo. All shops and bakery 600m 40m Bourcefranc A small beach and sailing school 1km from the rental and after 1 km of the sea water pool with lifeguard, Fort Louvois and his museum in the oyster, other beaches Burl baths or the ilme and many walks in the area. Sins on foot, bike in marshes or in the nature reserve or see swans, storks, herons .. and you will reach Brouage fortified city 20km. Rochefort and the royal rope 30km Palmyre Zoo 25km, the largest aquarium in the 60km Rochelle.

Vacances avec des amis

Magnifique région, emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île d'oléron et les environs. Grande maison, lumineuse avec grand jardin, idéal pour les enfants. Je recommande aussi la boulangerie pâtisserie le fournil d'étienne. Le seul bémol de la région: les moustiques !

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette grande maison, bien équipée et agréable. Grâce aux 4 chambres, au très grand jardin, à la cours spacieuse et aux 2 terrasses, chacun a pu trouver sa place, y compris les enfants ! Bien située, proche de l’île d’Oléron accessible en quelques minutes et à proximité immédiate de Marennes, elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Si la voiture est indispensable, l’emplacement de la maison permet de se rendre rapidement n’importe où. L’hôte a été très accueillante et sympathique, nous avons reçu de bons conseils à notre arrivée. Merci pour ces vacances !

Séjour à Bourcefranc

La location est irréprochable. Par contre, nous tenons à vous signaler que le descriptif de l'annonce de votre site comporte de fausses informations qui induisent en erreur lors du choix de lieu de vacances. A savoir, la plage à 1,5 kms est à peine praticable et le bassin de Marennes est à 3,2 km. Quant à la boulangerie, elle ne se trouve pas à 60 m mais plutôt à 700 mètres ! Le descriptif géographique n'est pas exact, : Bourcefranc est au sud de la Rochelle et au nord de Royan !!

Magnifique

Magnifique maison tres bien située, proche de tout à pieds ou à vélos, non loin de royan et la rochelle en voiture. A recommander sans hesitation pour des grandes familles ayant besoin d espaces , de verdure, de calme, piscine et plages. Parfait. Nous reviendrons pour un plus long séjour en famille. Merci
