Holiday Home 'Usall Rural' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Ideal house for families and groups of friends, a place to enjoy relaxing in the best company.
You will have an ideal space for families and to enjoy the scenery. The land is huge (1,500m), ideal for playing with the children, playing sports or just enjoying the scenery.
If you are hot, the swimming pool will be ready and prepared to refresh you in the summer months.
Good location, very close to l'Estany de Banyoles, the heart of the city.
The communication with the owners will be agile, as they will be very attentive to your needs and will be happy to inform you very well about the facilities of the house and other doubts you may have.
Entertainment: two flat screen TVs with computer and games connection. Ping-pong table, table soccer, volleyball net and badminton. Board games. Books and magazines. Activity maps.
IMPORTANT: please treat the property as if it were your own.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
