Nestled in the heart of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena lies the newly built Alpenzauber Apartments Berwang by Monteviva. The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor, right next to the Sonnalm Lift, in an absolutely prime ski-in/ski-out location in the ski resort of Berwang. The apartment measures approximately 110 m² and features a spacious terrace that wraps around the entire unit. The residence faces south and offers a magnificent view of the Tyrolean mountains.
The newly built, exclusive apartment is furnished in a modern Alpine style. Where possible, natural and regional materials were used in its construction. The apartment features four bedrooms, three bathrooms (some en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining area. In addition to its spacious, open floor plan, the apartment’s highlights include the exposed roof trusses and its own Finnish panoramic sauna with mountain views on the 85-square-meter terrace.
