The property is close to the beach, with public transport within walking distance. The famous Roc d'Azur mountain biking event passes just 300 m from the house. Within 2 km, you'll find an excellent spot for kite surfing and wing foiling, as well as beautiful hiking trails in the Massif des Maures or the Estérel.



Two parking spaces are available on the enclosed private property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Please note: two Weimaraners live with the owners on site, but spaces are separated and fenced, ensuring your privacy. The house is non-smoking.



A babysitting service is available. Beach and pool towels are provided. Bicycles are offered for an extra charge, and a bike storage room is available. The property practices waste sorting and uses energy-saving lighting.
