Room cleaning on request (extra). Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Bellano" 3 km, ferry "Bellano" 3 km, pebble beach "Lido di Bellano" 3 km. Surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km.
