Comfortable. Quiet. Southwest-facing balcony.

Very nice and comfortably furnished 4-room Brisemit holiday apartment, approx. 76 m², on 2 levels (upper floor, attic) for up to 6 people (recommended occupancy: max. 4 adults). Located in a quiet area on a side street in the Bad district of St. Peter-Ording. The nearest beach access is only about 900 metres away on foot. Dogs are welcome.

Living room with a sofa for 2 people, 2 armchairs, a SMART TV (waipu), a Bluetooth sound system, and a dining table with 6 chairs. Direct access to the furnished southwest-facing balcony with a beautiful view of green gardens. A staircase leads from the living room to the third bedroom.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.

First bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm, box spring) and built-in closet.
Second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (each 80x190 cm) and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom (semi-open to the living room, loft-style) with 2 single beds (each 90x200 cm), 2 leather armchairs, a shelving unit, a coat rack, and a compact stereo system.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and natural light.

Hallway with coat rack and mirror in the entryway.

Parking space at the house. Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic).

Bed linens are provided. Towels can be booked as an add-on. Smoking is not permitted.
