Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Wood heating, forced-air heating. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Everything was perfect:

Super clean, quiet and nice area, very friendly and easy-going landlord, huge covered outdoor area with plenty of shade, well-kept garden, refreshingly clean pool, private house for privacy, even the dogs loved it. We highly recommend the house.

Fijn vakantiehuis.

De vakantiewoning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Buitenkeuken is ook goed uitgerust en een fijne extra kookruimte. Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik raad deze vakantiewoning zeker aan.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool sehr schön. Leider lag das Haus sehr weit abseits. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Ein Nachbar hat Geräusche zum Schutz seiner Hühner installiert, das war sehr nervig.

keuken aan vervanging toe, inrichting aan vervanging toe, bed heeft scherpe randen, huisje staat op een afbraak gebied. riool lucht in het huisje en er om heen, eigenaar hierover aangesproken, heeft het niet opgelost. buurman speelt om de 3 minuten een bandje af met roofvogel geluiden om de vogels te verjagen bij zijn druiven, en niet zachtjes maar echt hard!blaffende honden om je heen : dag en nacht! terras om het huisje is goed maar de meubels zijn van lage kwaliteit: heel klein,

Urlaub

Danke an M. uns seine Frau. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und war vom ersten Moment an sehr zufrieden. Es war alles super sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.  Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.  Ich habe hier sehr schöne 3 Wochen verbracht und komme gern wieder. Macht weiter so.

Wunderbar

Das Haus war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alle Geräte wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd, in der Aussenküche Elektrogrill, Heißluftfriteuse usw. waren sehr neuwertig und alles verfügbar. Die Terrasse, der Pool mit Liegen sehr großzügig und auch sehr sauber. Die Eheleute ( Vermieter) sind sehr freundlich, nett und immer erreichbar und helfen in jeder Situation. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder hierher.

Schönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Baby Bett wurde auch bereit gestellt. Schön angelegtes Grundstück optimal für 3 Personen und Hund. Gut gelegen und sehr zentral in Istrien

Wunderschönes Haus und Grundstück

Ein großes umzäuntes Grundstück, was super war für unseren Hund. Sehr gepflegter Pool und Garten. Auch ein sehr sauberes Haus und Terrasse. Küche hatte alles was wir für einen Urlaub benötigen. Kleine Outdoor Küche ebenfalls vorhanden. Viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation auf Englisch oder per WhatsApp. Wer seine Ruhe sucht, findet diese in der Villa Ulika in Stifanici.
