Tiny House in Sologne

The detached cottage is situated in a very quiet location by the forest, surrounded by several ponds and fields.
Approx. 90sqm; living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. No doors between bedroom and living room.
2 children's sleeping places (from 8 years!) under the roof, access via a steep extendable loft ladder in living room.
Ceiling hight of children's sleeping place approx. 130cm.
Fully equipped kitchen as good as new.
Tap water comes from 20 meters deep well and is not drinkable.
The house is heated in winter exclusively by a wood-burning stove (Fire Tube).

There are various castles within a radius of 35 km; Chambord, Cheverny, Blois.
The house was completely renovated in summer 2022.
The beds are made, towels available.

To dos:
- Swimming in the lake in summer

- walking, cycling tours to castles on the Loire
- digital detox....no internet and TV!....only via cell phone hotspot
- Mushroom hunting.....
