Step into our 40 m² apartment and experience that feeling of “coming home.”
An open and generously proportioned kitchen welcomes you and is a true highlight of this apartment. It’s designed in the Hamptons style, featuring profiled coffered cabinet fronts in grey, combined with a black worktop and subway tiles. The look is complemented by a classic ceramic sink and matching faucet. The stately ceiling height of 3.05 metres is accentuated by a brick wall featuring beautiful black-and-white photographs. Here you’ll find a wooden table by Loberon with matching wicker armchairs. Of course, all amenities are provided, including a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and an oven with an induction cooktop. Since you’re holidaying in a premier wine region, you’ll naturally also find a decanter, wine glasses, a wine cooler, and the corresponding glasses. We provide a small starter supply of everyday essentials, such as coffee capsules, tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, as well as toilet paper and paper towels.
Walking from the kitchen down the hallway, you’ll find the bedroom straight ahead, featuring a separate and spacious walk-in closet. Restful nights are guaranteed by a very comfortable, extra-large box-spring bed with oversized, hotel-quality bedding (155x220). The bedding is hypoallergenic and sustainably produced. You can watch films on the large flat-screen TV right from the comfort of your bed. You’ll enjoy a particularly restful sleep not only thanks to the very quiet location but also because of our high-quality blackout curtains. The entire living area features uniform wood-plank-style flooring.

The bathroom isn’t just an ordinary bathroom… it’s a little oasis of well-being. The antique natural stone floor with underfloor heating is a true treat for your feet. The large shower with a built-in window invites you to enjoy a moment of complete relaxation. Of course, shampoo and shower gel with a very pleasant scent are provided for you. The bathroom is completed by a small bench and a beautiful vanity with a marble worktop, two ceramic sinks, and vintage-style fixtures. The toilet is located in the bathroom but is a separate room with its own door and window.

Then slip on the dressing gown and slippers we’ve provided, grab your wellness bag with the extra-large sauna towels, and step into our wonderful wellness area. Our Finnish sauna and steam room invite you to enjoy relaxing hours (especially when the weather is bad). You’ll find two separate showers, two bathrooms, a designer basin with drinking water, and cosy lounge chairs. The entire space is decorated in warm colours. Soft lighting and a beautifully decorated fireplace create a cosy warmth. We also offer underfloor heating throughout the entire area—so, dear feet, you too can look forward to feeling right at home ;-) If you’d like to enjoy the wellness area all to yourself, we offer a private spa for 2–4 hours for an additional fee.

Adjacent to our wellness area, a staircase leads you up to the spacious rooftop terrace with a lounge area, a bar, and a wonderful view of the historic apothecary garden. Of course, you can also access our rooftop terrace without visiting the wellness area. The sun shines on our rooftop terrace all day long—so you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine, sunbathe at noon, and savour a sundowner in the evening. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs, bar stools, and a Weber gas grill. To create a particularly lovely evening atmosphere, there are plenty of lanterns and string lights.
