Holiday home with private pool, whirlpool, sea view

Not too far from the sea but still in a quiet location is this 2019 NEW renovated holiday home which is suitable for up to 10 people. The beautifully furnished house is divided into three floors. The ground floor consists of a "master bedroom" which has its own living area, bathroom, entrance and terrace. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a satellite TV. Next to it there is a spa area which is equipped with a Jacuzzi, satellite TV and air conditioning, an air-conditioned summer kitchen with table and chairs for all persons and a separate toilet. The summer kitchen can also be used as a common room. Here you will also find a satellite TV. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for free use. The terrace on the ground floor is equipped with seating and a barbecue. On the first floor there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen in the same room. This large room is also air-conditioned and has a satellite TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. On this floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. From the living/dining area you have access to a fantastic 25 m² balcony with a very beautiful sea view. This balcony is equipped with table and chairs, is partly covered and has an awning. The attic consists of two bedrooms (one with two separate single beds and one with a double bed), a bathroom and a small play area with a Play-Station 4 and a satellite TV. This area is also air-conditioned. The area around the house is quiet and surrounded by nature. The outdoor area consists of a beautiful covered balcony with sea view, a terrace with direct access to the jacuzzi and a cosy pool area which is equipped with sun loungers and a 50 m² swimming pool, trampoline and a small playground with swings. The large swimming pool is about 10 metres from the house, on an adjoining plot belonging to the house. There are 5 private parking spaces available. 2 bicycles are available for use free of charge.
