The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash out to the green bin and roll the bin out to the street with the front of the bin facing the street. Pickup is every Thursday.
Please take recycling out to the blue bin. Empty the bag contents into the bin. They do not take plastic bags. Recycling is picked up every other Wednesday the second and fourth weeks of the month.
Please close and lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have used VRBO many times, and I have to say this may have been the best overall experience bar none. The house was immaculate, it smelled fresh and clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The attention to detail was amazing. Such things as, oversized soft towels, premium toilet paper, make up removing towels, Tim left the house well stocked, water and beer in the refrigerator, saltwater taffy on the table, beef jerky and other things in pantry, I honestly can’t mention all of the little things that were done to make the experience a wonderful one and to make you feel very welcome. Outdoor area was well maintained the pond with the fountain next to the fire pit was relaxing and very peaceful. The location for a Notre Dame game was perfect. Some food places that we enjoyed in LaPorte were the Royale with cheese, and Mucho Mas. Both were good and the service was awesome! I cannot say enough positives about our experience and would stay here in a second if we are ever back up this way!
