The lovely non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and is well-suited for families with children and older guests. With 55 square metres of living space, it offers enough room for 2 adults, 1 child, and a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. The apartment has three rooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bright living/dining area with large windows offers a wonderful view of the spacious garden. The kitchen is integrated into the living/dining area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and many kitchen utensils. The dining area features a solid wood dining table with 4 chairs. The living area is furnished in a country house style and includes a cosy seating area with a couch, a comfortable wingback chair, a sideboard, and a coffee table. The hi-fi system consists of a CD and Blu-ray soundbar and, of course, a Full HD TV. For cooler days, there is a wood-burning stove.<br><br>Internet access is free.<br><br>The terrace, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, offers a wonderful view of the garden and the adjacent dune area.<br><br>The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with multi-adjustable slatted frames, 7-zone cold-foam mattresses, 2 nightstands, a large chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.<br><br>The second bedroom has a bunk bed and is suitable for one person. Both bedrooms can be darkened and are equipped with insect screens. A travel cot (without an extra mattress or bedding) and a high chair are also available.<br><br>The bathroom is spacious and modern, equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and towel warmer.
