The 80 m² property features a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a master bedroom with private shower room on the ground floor. A second shower room with toilet is located upstairs.



Three bedrooms with double beds accommodate up to 6 guests, plus a baby cot for families. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, fan, and washing machine. A private gym and fitness equipment are also available in the basement.
