The apartment offers 45 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor of the house, and features a light-filled living-bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, and two bathrooms—one of which includes a toilet. On the sunny terrace, complete with a cosy beach chair, you can enjoy wonderful moments breathing in the crisp North Sea air. It’s the perfect spot to quietly flip through your holiday reading, soak up the warm sunshine, or simply sit together as a family.

In the bright dining area, you can plan a wonderful, eventful new day on Borkum right from breakfast. In the living area, which features a 1.60 m wide sleeper sofa (full-size bed substitute), cable TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio, you can relax whenever you like, and for evenings spent cooking together, a fully equipped kitchen—including 4 ceramic burners, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher—is at your disposal.

The separate bedroom in the Borkum holiday rental features a comfortable double bed. A travel cot and a high chair are also included as standard furnishings.

The bright, tiled, and modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom also features a shower and sink.

The underground car park offers secure storage for bicycles, handcarts, etc.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.

A parking space is also available on the property.

The house is in an excellent, quiet, and central location. It’s situated in the car-free zone between the new lighthouse and the promenade, just 100 metres from the beach. After breakfast, you can pack your swimwear right away and head out for a wonderful day at the beach on Borkum!

Various shops are also within walking distance, as is Borkum’s idyllic town centre with its many cosy cafés and restaurants.

On Borkum, you’ll find the perfect blend of tranquility and plenty of variety! Whether it’s relaxing days at the beach, long bike rides and hikes, or trips to the films and the water park—relaxation is guaranteed here! Our guests especially love trying out new sports like surfing, water skiing, canoeing, horseback riding, or climbing at the high ropes course—and a holiday on Borkum offers the perfect opportunity to do just that!
