Host canceled our reservation THREE hours before check in. We came from Maryland and were basically left with no place to stay 6 hours from home. Worst experience I've ever had on this platform.

Hi Stephanie, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience surrounding your reservation. We completely understand how upsetting it was to have your plans disrupted so close to your scheduled arrival, especially after traveling such a long distance. Unfortunately, an unforeseen issue arose that prevented us from being able to accommodate the reservation as planned. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we truly regret the impact it had on your trip. We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps to help prevent situations like this from occurring in the future.
