The Kieferndüne house is located parallel to the beautiful Kaiserpromenade on a pine dune, in the second row, sheltered from the wind by the beach villas. 

This holiday home is characterised by its quiet location near the beach and the forest. Only a row of houses—the beach villas designed in the classic seaside resort architectural style—separates you from the sea, guaranteeing a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday.

There are five holiday accommodation on the property—a small detached holiday home with two holiday apartments on the ground floor (Balcony Studio Left & Right) and one large holiday apartment on the ground floor, as well as a bungalow with two holiday apartments (Bungalow Left & Right). The apartments in the bungalow can also be combined via a connecting door.

In the on-site garden, you can relax in the sun on comfortable lounge chairs or take advantage of the immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea beach for a restful holiday.
You’re also welcome to enjoy the wide variety of culinary options in the area or take a walk along the beach into neighbouring Poland.

Each unit also includes a parking space directly in the property’s courtyard, as well as free Wi-Fi.

All apartments offer keyless entry via a numeric code or a smartphone app.

The accessible two-room apartments at “Ferienhaus Kieferndüne”

Our spacious, accessible 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor.

The holiday apartment accommodates 3 adults and 1 child or teenager up to 16 years of age. In addition to the comfortable double bed, the bedroom features an extra bed for the third person.
The couch in the living room converts into a bed and serves as an additional sleeping option. Please note that due to its dimensions of 1.80 m x 0.80 m, it is intended only for children and teenagers up to 16 years of age.

In the spacious living area, you’ll also find a flat-screen TV and a seating area, as well as an open-concept kitchen (with a dishwasher).

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and is therefore also suitable for wheelchair users.

In front of the holiday rental is a private terrace where you can unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.
