The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. It features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, and a fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment also has a washing machine. Thanks to the generous windows, the living room offers a sweeping view of the fields and the lagoon. There are two terraces (30 m²) and a large garden, all facing south. Two large bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers with glass partitions.
Both bedrooms have a double bed. All beds are box-spring beds. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The property is completely fenced in.
A travel cot and high chair can be requested by phone from the property manager, subject to availability.
The bike storage room contains an electric grill cart that can be rolled out onto the patio as needed. Wi-Fi is available subject to local conditions.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plantings.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

In the houses at 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven, and 32 Carl Reineke, there is an indoor sauna.

The houses at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak have a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
