Welcome to the Lasse Thoresen Holiday Home! This 165 m² holiday home spans 3 floors and is suitable for up to 8 adults and 1 child aged 3 or younger; it features stylish, modern furnishings. It features a kitchen-dining area with adjoining terraces, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private barrel sauna in the garden.



• Ground Floor:


The spacious living-dining area on the ground floor offers plenty of space for shared meals and cosy TV or game nights. A large flat-screen TV is available for your use. The fully equipped kitchen-living area features all standard appliances, such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven with built-in microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. From this area, you have direct access to the two terraces with a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery. An electric grill is available for cosy barbecue evenings on the terrace. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.



• Upper Floor


The upper floor features three additional bedrooms and two more bathrooms. All bedrooms feature a double bed (box spring bed: 1x 1.80 m & 1x 1.60 m, 2x 0.90 m). The master bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The other bathroom also has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and a washing machine. A hair dryer is also available for your use. The bedrooms can also be darkened. One travel cot and one high chair are available free of charge.


• Attic:


This space has been converted and is suitable, for example, for your children to play in.

Free internet access is available via the Wi-Fi router.
Additional travel cots and high chairs can be ordered by phone from the property manager for a fee, subject to availability.
Use of the sauna is included in the rental price; please bring your own sauna towels, or you can request them from the property manager for a fee.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery—ensuring a comfortable living environment at all times.

Pets are welcome!

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.



The Inseldomizil Stolpe on Usedom welcomes you with 8 holiday apartments and 10 holiday homes.

The thatched-roof houses feature bright and cheerful colours in their interiors. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday unique.

All apartments and cottages have bike storage rooms and charging stations for e-bikes. In addition, there are two electric car charging stations on the property, and ample free parking is available. The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plantings.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

In the houses at 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven, and 32 Carl Reineke, there is an indoor sauna.

The buildings at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak feature a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
