Here, you’ve truly arrived on the sunny side. Our high-quality holiday rental (allergy-friendly) was completely renovated in 2015 and is ideal for 4 people.







We’ve furnished the apartment in a modern and comfortable so that you’ll have everything you need during the most beautiful days of the year.
With approximately 90 square metres, it offers plenty of space for you and your family.
(If needed, 1 additional sleeping space for children can be arranged.)
The spacious living and dining areas flow seamlessly into one another; this is also where you’ll find the very well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and bottle warmer; a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and much more.




The living area invites you to relax with its spacious and cosy seating.
They say there’s no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes—but if you’d rather stay on the couch, Wi-Fi, a 3D LED Smart TV with internet access and interesting apps, such as the Samsung Smart Hub (where you can send photos taken with your smartphone during the day directly to the screen), a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi system to help you relax—or you can read a book from our collection or play one of the board games provided for all ages.
In winter, you’re also welcome to enjoy all this by a cosy, warm fire in the fireplace. Some firewood and fire starters are provided for you.
In the cosy master bedroom, you can set the radio alarm clock with an iPhone charging station (for iPhone 5 and later), but you don’t have to. There is also another TV available here.
The bathroom features a double sink, a sensory shower, a washing machine, and a hair dryer.
Both here and in the separate guest bathroom, you can turn on the built-in radio by switching on the light.
The children’s room, with two single beds and a radio/CD player (with an USB port and Bluetooth connectivity), also includes children’s books and age-appropriate games. You’re welcome to take the balls and outdoor games with you to the beach.
You won’t have cold feet either, thanks to the underfloor heating installed in every room.
From the light-filled living room, you step out onto your spacious sun terrace. The large loggia (approx. 21 sqm) with patio furniture offers plenty of space to relax, whether for breakfast or sunbathing on the lounge chairs. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the front part of the balcony is always sunny if you want it to be; otherwise, you can retreat a bit or set up the umbrella.
In the evening, you can sit in the sheltered area, turn on the outdoor lighting if needed, or simply set up the candle-style solar lights, which turn on automatically at dusk.
