Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, Bäcker/Supermarkt und viele weitere Geschäfte sind schnell ..

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, Bäcker/Supermarkt und viele weitere Geschäfte sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und enthält alle wünschenswerten Ausstattungen bzw. Haushaltsartikel. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung bzgl. Nutzung der Wohnung war sehr freundlich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Badezimmerspiegel sollte erneuert werden - ggf. Wäre zu empfehlen, einfach einen Spiegel waagerecht an die Wand zu kleben mit einer kleinen Beleuchtung darüber. Die Lüftung im Bad ist etwas schwach und geht nicht regelmäßig an. Da das Badezimmer keine Fenster hat, wäre eine funktionierende Lüftung wünschenswert. Die Leerung der Hausmülltonne sollte in kürzeren Intervallen erfolgen.
