Location is excellent. There are 3 grocery stores and a liquor store a few steps away as are dining and shopping. The property is clean and comfortable. The only negative is the shortage of hot water.

Die Wohnung ist toll renoviert und alles drin, was man braucht.....Leider hat ein Freund rechtzeitig absagen müssen und das dafür bezahlte Geld wurde nicht rückerstattet, Schade.

Lieber Klaus, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Wir können leider nichts dafür, dass dein Freund erkrankt ist. Als Gastgeber können wir den Preis nicht manuell um eine Person reduzieren. Du hättest dir aber kostenlos stornieren können.
Ich habe dir proaktiv bei der Bezahlung und deiner nicht funktionierenden Kreditkarte geholfen. Ich finde es unfair, dass du aufgrund eines spezifischen Umstands, der bei Fewo Direkt liegt, eine so schlechte Bewertung gibst, obwohl die Wohnung deinen Erwartungen entsprach. Solche Bewertungen sind schwierig zu kompensieren. Ich wünsche dir alles Gute.
