It also includes a comfortable bedroom and a small, charming bathroom. A small safe is available for your valuables.<br><br>⛱️ Cooking & Dining<br><br>The open, cosy, and modern kitchen area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with comfortable seating and a beautiful view.<br><br>⛱️ Terrace & Garden<br><br>From the dining area, you step out onto the south-facing terrace. There you’ll find modern garden chairs with footstools, a parasol, and a beach chair for relaxing.<br><br>⛱️ Sleep & Dream<br><br>For a restful night’s sleep, the cosy north-facing bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a view of the front garden that’s perfect for dreaming.<br><br>⛱️ Bathroom<br><br>The renovated bathroom, featuring a nautical theme and a small window, includes a nearly flush shower pan with a shower screen, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.<br><br>⛱️ Relaxing<br><br>The new, comfortable couch with pillows and a throw blanket is electrically adjustable if needed. You can easily watch your favourite films on satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You’ll find a small radio with Bluetooth and various games in the chest of drawers in the hallway. Books and reading material are, of course, also available.<br><br>⛱️ Parking, Bicycles & Keys<br><br>The private car park is located right next to the house. There are also bike racks where you can lock up your bike. A small bike shed is also available. The key is in the key safe.
