Located on the ground floor of a two-level house, Villa Rosa 1 is separate from the upper-floor apartment, Villa Rosa 2. The 100 m² property features a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, and microwave.



The house is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Bed linen is included at no extra cost for all guests. Extras such as towel use, electricity consumption, stays with pets, as well as a cot or high chair, are available for an extra fee.



Enjoy outdoor living with a garden and 2 covered terraces. Guests on this floor share the outdoor pool with those staying upstairs; the pool is not for the exclusive use of Villa Rosa 1.
