Kitchenette with of kitchenware, living room with sofa, fireplace and TV; on the second floor: double bedroom with chestnut wood bed, air conditioning and bathroom with stone and mosaic shower; on the second floor, in the attic: bedroom with double bed, two single beds and air conditioning, which is present in all bedrooms.

The house is located at the top of the hill from which you can enjoy a picturesque view in all seasons. The country paths that start from the house allow you to take walks or bike rides (reservation required) to get to the highest point of the property called Bric d'la Losna from which you can see landscapes and crops of the area, the Castle of Murisengo and, on clear days, the Alpine arc from Monviso to Monterosa. In the small but pleasant village 5 min drive away you can find grocery stores: a bakery, a pasta factory. two butcher shops, a pastry shop. In Murisengo there are 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacco store, two banks, a clothing store. Murisengo is also a land of truffles; from October to December for truffle lovers it is possible to buy or taste white truffles in local restaurants. Strategic position to reach seaside and mountain resorts, close to cities such as Turin, Milan, Alessandria, Asti, Alba. At 10 km Cocconato one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.
